At Rice King Foodstuff & Beverages Trading LLC, we understand that there could
be times when you may want to cancel an order for various reasons. While we
strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot
accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.
Most products at Rice King Foodstuff & Beverages Trading LLC are made for order
and we start processing the order, as soon as the order is received. Therefore,
No cancellations could be accepted beyond 24 hours of placing the order. Only
orders that are cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for cash refunds.
In any unforeseen circumstance, if you choose to cancel an order beyond 24 hours,
cancellations would not be accepted. If on a special case, the cancellation is
accepted, NO cash refunds would be possible for all these orders.
Although, you may not be able to cancel your order yourself, you may contact
the Customer Engagement Team through, Phone or email, within 24 hours of placing
the order, in case you wish to cancel your order.
Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law.
This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for
any reason.
Delivery Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is
unavailable, we will inform the customer and either the available items will
be shipped or the entire order will be cancelled as per the customers confirmation.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight
of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order
may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery
and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered
in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your
location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable
to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom
duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered
on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
